Ramdol Role
Ramdol was engaged to provide strategic support to the Client in the delivery of Plot 14, The Maple. Our remit included collaborating closely with both the Client and contractor to mitigate delays, navigate project challenges, and coordinate utility provision and programme-related activities.
Description
Plot 14, known as The Maple, is the flagship residential building of the Brent Cross Town regeneration, developed by Related Argent in partnership with Barnet Council. Designed by Allies and Morrison, this 15-storey mixed-use development delivers over 250 high-quality rental homes alongside ground-floor commercial space, contributing to the creation of a new, vibrant town centre for north-west London.
The Maple forms a key part of the first phase of Brent Cross Town, one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects with a commitment to sustainability, wellness, and community-first living. The development features a combination of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, designed around a landscaped courtyard and activated ground plane. Amenities for residents include a gym, lounge, co-working areas, secure cycle parking, and retail offerings intended to serve the new neighbourhood.
The architectural design prioritises material longevity and character, with a striking brick façade, full-height windows, and thoughtful articulation that complements the emerging townscape. The building is part of a larger 180-acre masterplan aiming to deliver 6,700 new homes, 3 million sq. ft. of workspace, and 50 acres of green space.
