Ramdol Role
Ramdol is delivering enhanced Project Management Services across multiple workstreams to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Weekly site inspections are undertaken, coordinated with BAM and aligned where possible with other inspections, with a Ramdol team member inducted and present on site as required. Ramdol is actively monitoring the quality of works against agreed benchmarks in collaboration with the CMT, and is also coordinating third-party involvement for commissioning and witnessing. They are managing the handover process and Practical Completion checklist, as well as chairing and minuting progress meetings. Ramdol oversees the QS and EA in relation to change management and Employer’s Agent Instructions (EAIs), and manages the CMT team with respect to design approvals, inspections and sign-off of completed works. Their responsibilities also include supporting with consultant appointments, negotiating and executing collateral warranties, managing CMT invoicing and budgets, and assisting with the approval of significant project changes. Furthermore, Ramdol is maintaining oversight of the financial model and projected returns, supporting engagement with the fund monitor, and assisting with internal gateway reviews and sign-off meetings. Our involvement ensures that key aspects of delivery, design, cost, and compliance are tightly controlled and aligned with overall project objectives.

3 Copper Square is a 239,000 sq. ft. commercial and educational building located in the heart of Brent Cross Town. Designed by Shedkm for Related Argent and Barnet Council, it forms a key part of a new 180-acre mixed-use neighbourhood adjacent to the Brent Cross West station. The 14-storey structure offers flexible, future-focused workspace and academic facilities for Sheffield Hallam University’s new London campus. Positioned at the edge of the town’s main civic square, the building brings together workplace innovation, education, and placemaking in one integrated development.
The building’s design supports net zero ambitions, with a strong emphasis on community access, transport connectivity, and adaptable use. It plays a vital role in establishing Brent Cross Town as a leading business and innovation district in London’s outer boroughs.
