Ramdol was appointed to manage the fit-out of Knight Dragon’s new headquarters in the Design District. Our role included overseeing programme delivery, coordinating specialist contractors, and ensuring design quality aligned with the client’s creative vision and sustainability goals.

Set within the award-winning Greenwich Design District, Knight Dragon’s headquarters reflect the creative and future-facing spirit of the wider regeneration scheme. The 8,000 sq. ft. office fit-out transforms the raw basebuild shell into a refined, highly functional workspace designed by Conran and Partners. The interior is defined by its spatial flexibility, natural material palette, and strong visual language while balancing the needs of a growing development business with the cultural ambitions of the Peninsula.
Key features include bespoke joinery, integrated meeting and breakout spaces, semi-open ceilings for services exposure, and curated furniture installations. The space encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration while supporting day-to-day operational performance.
Ramdol’s role included managing integration with the existing basebuild services and structure, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding tenants, and resolving programme-critical sequencing to maintain delivery milestones. The result is a tailored workplace that not only supports Knight Dragon’s internal team but also serves as a live example of the innovation and design quality being delivered across the Peninsula.
