Ramdol was appointed by the Developer, Knight Dragon to oversee the specialist fit-out of Brain Audio’s immersive post-production facility. We managed coordination between the base build team, client, and incoming fit out contractor to ensure successful delivery of highly technical spaces, while safeguarding the integrity of the landlord’s building and programme.
Description
Brain Audio’s new London headquarters in Greenwich Peninsula’s Design District is a purpose-built post-production studio tailored for high-end sound design, immersive mixing, and client collaboration. The 5,000 sq. ft. facility features a Dolby Atmos HE-certified mixing theatre, specialist editing suites, VO booths, and acoustically isolated rooms designed to meet international broadcast and cinema standards.
Set within Barozzi Veiga’s distinctively sculpted Building D2, the fit-out required rigorous technical precision, from acoustic decoupling and HVAC silencing to tight spatial tolerances for floating floors and control rooms. Ramdol played a key role in bridging the technical requirements of the occupier with the basebuild parameters, ensuring seamless integration without compromise to building performance or programme.
Now home to some of the UK’s most innovative post-production talent, Brain Audio’s studio supports work across film, TV, advertising, and interactive media reinforcing the Design District’s status as a creative innovation hub.
